RESPONSIBILITIES 

The candidate in this role will understand thoroughly the product vision and the needs of the end users. This individual will play a key role in establishing agile principles and practices for incremental quality product delivery on time. 

  • • Collaborate with stakeholders in capturing the UI/UX related requirements and turn them into backlogs 

  • • Elaborate a given backlog into story 

  • • Develop UI mockups, wireframes, and prototypes

Senior AI/ML/NLP Engineers (2) - Georgetown, TX 

GIVE Talent is seeking two Senior AI/ML/NLP Engineers to join a dynamic start-up company in building a future cloud platform. These individuals will be developing cutting edge AI powered cloud products and solutions comprising of speech and NLP technologies. These individuals contribute to all steps of the machine learning lifecycle: from problem identification, conceptualization, to applied research, engineering for optimized inference, and cloud deployment.


The scope of these engineers’ efforts includes a combination of researching, implementing new algorithms, performance tuning and analysis, defining APIs, analyzing functionality coverage, and other general software engineering work.


RESPONSIBILITIES

• Developing new models and algorithms in Natural Language Processing, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning

• Design, implement, and train machine learning/deep learning architectures

• Establish evaluation metrics, analyze performance, brainstorm future steps, perform exploratory data analysis and perform data visualization

• Train and evaluate ML and NLP models for multi-label classification and regression problems

GIVE Talent is seeking an experienced FPGA Engineer for an established design and manufacturing client in Arlington, TX.

This person will work as part of a multi-discipline team, leading the electronic and FPGA aspects of the design while working closely with software and mechanical engineers and the wider project team to bring the product to market.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Take responsibility for the FPGA/Electrical design, development and testing of components, assemblies, sub-systems and products at the functional level

• Contribute to the effective management of projects as a whole, leading FPGA/electronics aspects

• Relative to the requirements defined, assess options, make recommendations, and select appropriate solutions to meet the requirements. Engage with peer/design review processes, FMEA methods, cross functional team members and drive to achieve high quality solutions

Senior Software Developer - Austin, TX (remote)

GIVE Talent is seeking a Senior Software Developer to help design and improve the current SAAS platform for a growing local start-up client. In this role, you will collaborate with other developers and engineers to design software updates. Part of the responsibilities include writing and debugging code, familiarity with JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, PostgreSQL, and serving as a mentor to junior software developers. You should also be comfortable using NestJS, Angular, and other common frameworks to develop software for various platforms with little oversight. This role reports to the Chief Operating Officer.

 

Essential Responsibilities:

• Work with product and operations teams to understand client needs and build solutions

• Conduct research and fact finding to modify applications

• Collaborate with other developers and engineers to design, build, and maintain software.
