Georganne Duron, SHRM-CP
President & Co-Founder
Georganne is a Native Texan and brings 16 years of recruiting and staffing industry experience to GIVE Talent. Eleven of those years were in management, including serving as a Branch Manager, a Director of Business Development, and six years as a Regional Manager over four branch offices in Austin, El Paso and San Antonio, including a Technical Training Center. She has served the last three years as the President of GIVE Talent, where she handles contracts, business development, sourcing and assists with day-to-day operations responsibilities. She holds a B.A. degree in Communication with a minor in Management from the University of Texas - Permian Basin. She is a member of SHRM, the Austin Human Resource Management Association, and has been certified for both her PHR (Professional in Human Resources) and her SHRM-CP (Society of Human Resource Management Certified Professional). Georganne is active in her local community and has served for five previous years on the Advisory Board for the Williamson County Regional Animal Shelter, as well as previously serving on the City of Cedar Park Signage Advisory Board and the Tourism Advisory Board. She currently serves on the Texas District 136 Community Advisory Board for Cities and Counties. Georganne and her husband have lived in the Austin suburb of Cedar Park for the past 14 years.

Amy was born and raised in Central Texas and graduated with a Business Management degree in 2008 from Blinn College. She brings nine years of recruiting and staffing experience to GIVE Talent and has worked in both agency and corporate recruiting. Amy specializes in recruiting for the Accounting, Administrative, Help Desk, Sales & Marketing and Healthcare fields, as well as handling the operations side of GIVE Talent. Amy builds strong relationships with her clients and is accustomed to managing multiple openings at a time. Amy and her husband have two adorable young daughters. She loves spending time with her family and enjoys a variety of outdoor activities.
Vice President - Technical Recruiting
Ginger is originally from Birmingham, Alabama, and lived in Santa Fe, New Mexico before moving to Austin 23 years ago. She has worked in the recruiting industry for over 13 years, doing both agency and corporate recruiting. The last five years have been solely dedicated to technical recruiting, working on a wide variety of positions, including but not limited to Software Engineers (back-end, front-end, and full-stack), QA (Automation), Systems/DevOps Engineers, Technical Support/Help Desk, Database and Business Analysts, and Engineering Managers and Directors. During Ginger's time working at Google, she focused exclusively on Technical Program and Product Managers, successfully finding and placing top talent within Google. Ginger has a strong technical network across the U.S., with a specialty in finding and hiring passive candidates. Ginger graduated from the University of Texas in 1999 with a degree in Corporate Communication and possesses excellent communication and relationship-building skills. She has the ability to manage and fill multiple openings at one time. Ginger is a diehard Longhorn and Cowboys fan and an avid runner.
